hi, I’m Milla
I am a psychologist (MA, ELTE, 2025) and a PhD student in the gastroenterology doctoral programme of Semmelweis University. In 50-minute online sessions I work with adults weighed down by long-term stress, anxiety, burnout, chronic illness or digestive complaints (IBS, reflux, bloating).
In a crisis: Do not wait for an appointment: in Hungary, call the free 24-hour emotional first-aid line 116-123, or 112 if a life is in danger. Outside Hungary, call your local emergency number.
How can I help?

about me
As a psychologist I support people struggling with stress, anxiety, perfectionism, difficulties with control, mood problems and physical strain. What matters most to me is a pace that suits you, effectiveness and honesty.
In my doctoral research I study how stress and the digestive system affect each other. This is psychogastroenterology, and it is one of the focuses of my health psychology work.
